Hey everybody! I need some help please. I transferred some eth to myself but it ended up in my L1 account. Now, I’m trying to move that eth to L2, but I keep getting a blank screen on my phone when I try to do it. I’m going to my L2 account and attempting to “receive from your L1 account.” It’s just not pulling up for some reason. I’m on my iPhone if that matters.

Has anyone else run into this problem and found a resolution? Thank you!

    Maybe try update app first.

    If already updated, maybe smart contract upgrade issue. Go to layer 1 near the price, is there a little “i” information logo? Press that it will give you details about contract upgrade.

      Thanks. Good call on the update. I did it, but it’s still giving me the screen. Also, when I go to the little “i” it gives me that screen add as well. However,it does say upgrading right under the ethereum L1 designation in the upper left corner, so that might be something i need to figure out how to resolve.

        If you have not finished upgrading your L1 contract all access to it is paused. Go to your guardian settings, and make sure to finish it.

        If you are your own guardian… log into guardian.loopring.io on the wallet and use the code it gave you
