This is actually a good thing! A higher volume on a lower TVL means higher capital efficiency. A chain like Solana can do this because it hosts applications like CLOBs (central limit order books) which can support insanely high trading volumes for low TVL. This is a dream because idle capital can be used for something else. Other chains can’t support this due to high fees and slow speeds.
