1 year agoIt’s not surprising that the volume in $ triples when the price per coin in $ triples at the same time. Or were more coins moved? Otherwise there is no added value in this information. Or: nothing happened. Change my mind.

Let’s make some assumptions and calculate the potential.

Total crypto market cap was $3T in 2021. Let’s assume we will see $10T in 2025 due to regulation, adoption, BTC ETF, FED pivots, money printing etc.

SOL market share rises from 1,4% (see CMC) to 5% due to technical development, Visa, improved uptime, etc.
This would be a market cap of $500B, which leads us to appr. $1000 per coin in 2 years. This would be a 4x from top to top. That’s not even crazy in crypto.

This is an echochamber. Ask here and most people are pro Solana, ask in r/cc and the tide will turn.
Solana had issues, evolved during the winter and has massive upside potential. And $800 is nothing to worry about. If it actually is, stay away from crypto and buy only Bitcoin.
