I’m holding poly on an outside wallet can I transfer it to my LRC wallet. Apparently it needs to be upgraded to POLYX and it’s expensive to do it the polymesh bridge way any help would be appreciated. Have a good one peps

Poly is erc20, and can go in layer 1 of lsw. Polyx is not compatible at all, different chain.
You will need to do token request for it to be added to layer2, but I suspect minimal liquid on l2.
