I want to deploy a token using the solidity language on the ERC-20 network, but network fees are usually expensive. Is there any solution? i would appreciate an explanation.

Do it with Soroban on the Stellar network. Not solidity (they us Rust) and not Ethereum… but VERY low fees on a capable network. Smart contracts are live on testnet and will be on mainnet in about two months.

Use pulse chain you get very low fees and the price will drop 95 percent every year while the creator drives his lambo! But hey the fees are low.

Nearly all the l2s still have admin backdoors, I don’t think it’s responsible to go around saying the problem is solved. Hopefully this time next year we can, but not yet.
