The discord feels dead.

    Have you visited the Discord lately or you just came up with this maybe out of spite? Unless you meant something else with the word “dead” which is absurd!

      There are a number of developers asking questions on the Discord, nobody is answering them for days, looks dead to me.

    I tried it and wasn’t impressed. Gas fees were 0.75 NEON ($0.24) for sending, 1 NEON ($0.32) for a token swap and 2.7 NEON ($0.85) for a staking contract interaction. Cheaper than Ethereum L1 for sure, but not comparable to Solana fees, as advertised, and not significantly lower than other L2s.

    Lol, what are you talking about? Discord is live and the team is busy building.

    YEs, i agree that they had a lot if marketing fuckups but in general they are building the infrastructure and its good.

    The team is very active. Building an EVM on Solana is actually really hard and doing so while most of the team was displaced due to the geopolitical situation only made matters worse. This caused technical delays that set the project back some time and they had turnover during the delay that left some gaps in the BD and Marketing so mainnet was unprepared.

    New people have joined filling key areas with fresh energy. Mainnet is live and operating and there is a lot changing already in how they are communicating with community and developers. Expect this team to surprise people.
